Access Statement
Introduction
We aim to cater for all our visitors needs, in our small one bedroom bed and breakfast, which is part of our home. Springfields is a detached bungalow, in the hamlet of Great Ashley, the bed and breakfast apartment is situated across the front of the bugalow. It is a rural location.
Pre-Arrival
- We are approx two miles from the nearest bus stop
- The main railway station at Bradford on Avon is 1.9 miles
- There is a local taxi service
- We have a web site
- Springfields is more suitable for people with there own transport

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
- We have an 8' field gate at the entrance to our property, which is open when quests arrive
- The surface is level, and pea gravel, parking is along the front of the bugalow just around the corner to the quests door
- We can assist quests with luggage
Main Entrance & Reception
- The entrance is straight into the double ensuite bedroom, it is all level apart for the threshold. The door is 800mm wide and opens inwards, the shower room is to the right of the door, and the shower room door opens outwards and is 660mm wide

- The bed and breakfast consists of a self contained double beded ensuite with an adjoining lounge/dining room, for your private use

- Breakfast is served is your own dining room, the table is 720mm high, two chairs are 450 high. There is a two seater settee, 400mm high

- Springfields is set in a large garden, with seating around the garden for the use of quests, there is also a large pond, which on arrival we tell our quests of, if they have children they need to be supervised at all times. There are many walks from Springfields in the fields around the bed and breakfast

- Double ensuite bed room, bed is 690mm high
- Each side of the bed is a bedside table, with a touch bedside light
- There is plenty of room to get around the bedroom easily

- Shower room, the door opens outwards and is 660mm wide
- The basin is facing you as you enter, it is 750mm high
- The toilet is to the side of the shower and is 380mm high
- The showertray is 250mm high

- We are able to use a front and a back door as well as the quests own door, if evacuation is needed

- If necessary quests are very welcomed to use our fridge/freezer
